BEGINNING TUMBLING (3 to 6 years)    
This 45 minute class allows children to develop a love for tumbling while increasing their physical fitness. Tumbling helps to increase your child's strength, body control, and flexibility.

We practice tumbling basic skills like handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and bridges. No experience required!

Tumbling combines strength, power, agility and coordination that, when performed properly, results in an exciting and dynamic sport.

In addition, children will practice social skills such as waiting their turn, following directions, sharing, and working together with other children.
