MOM BOOTCAMP (Coming Soon - Spring 2017)
A high energy Aerobic class for new moms that will get your heart pumping!
Burn the most calories in our program designed to strengthen your body and get back in shape.
We focus on interval training and fluid floor work exercises integrating cardio, strength, flexibility, and focused abdominal work.
Bring your baby and have fun working out together!
Baby is incorporated to the class in a front carrier or on a mat right next to you. Crawlers welcome.
Things you need...
- Bring a towel (optional).
- Your own mat (optional).
- Baby blanket (optional).
This classes are suitable for new moms with six weeks postpartum. (You may need to wait 8 weeks if you had a cesarean delivery). Our instructors are ready to modify the class to suit your needs.
Kidsthletics Club requires medical consent only up to 12 weeks postpartum. Please refer to the "more information" tab for details. If your children are 3 years and over, we offer an option where they can attend our Bilingual Preschool Enrichment Program for one hour, while you enjoy your workout!
You are offered the option to either workout with your baby or allow your baby to explore our kids paradise full of balls, mats, foam play sets, and much more!
YOGALATES on Mondays and Fridays (Coming Soon Spring 2017)
This program is a fusion of high energy Yoga and Pilates that gives you the opportunity to get out of the house and find time for yourself while simultaneously bonding with your baby. Time is provided for building a network with other moms.
We focus on you. We work to rebuild abdominal muscles, reinforce our core, correct posture, lose weight, release stress, increase energy, and enhance self confidence as we ensure the safest and most comfortable position for your baby.
MOM AND BABY
CLASSES: BZ MOM
We know moms are busy so we created a complete workout program for new moms called "BZ MOM". Bring your baby and discover new ways to exercise as you "wear" your baby and make them part of the workout. BZ Mom is a safe exercise routine that helps you return to your pre-pregnancy body, and is also used as a psychological tool to boost your emotional well being. Unlike traditional exercise classes, new moms need not worry about finding a baby sitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies get to be part of the action! Our BZMOM Program comprises the following classes:

Older siblings can join an hour of our popular Bilingual Preschool Enrichment Program while you enjoy a class with your baby! (Preschool Punch card only available while attending a Mom and Baby class)
STROLLER WORKOUT on Wednesdays (Coming Soon Spring 2017)
Stroller Workout is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 45 minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, training exercises, stretching, toning, and cardio drills. Instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors, that cater to all fitness levels.
Push those post-pregnancy pounds out of your life with a fun, stroller-based workout you can do while spending time outside with your little one.
Bring the sunscreen of your choice for you and your baby. You will also need lots of water, mat for abdominal work (optional), a jogging stroller is helpful, but not necessary.
